Terms of Service (TOS) for Nolan Ryan Collectors Corner Auction (NRCCA)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nolan Ryan Collectors Corner Auction (NRCCA) platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any additional terms that may apply. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the NRCCA platform.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership to NRCCA is exclusive to members of the Nolan Ryan Collectors Corner Facebook group. By signing up, you confirm that you are a valid member of the NRCC Facebook group and meet the required eligibility criteria.
3. Auction Participation
NRCCA facilitates the auction mechanics and item posting experience for NRCC members. By using the NRCCA platform, you agree to:
- Post items truthfully and accurately.
- Follow all auction guidelines set by NRCCA.
- Ensure that all listed items are legal and do not violate any intellectual property laws.
4. Not-for-Profit Service
NRCCA is a non-profit service provided to NRCC members. As such, the platform will not charge fees for participating in auctions but may charge for item postings in the future once BETA testing is complete.. NRCCA’s sole role is to facilitate the auction process, and it will not profit from any transactions.
Operational Fees
NRCCA is charged $500.00 annually for tech support and up to $150.00 per month on hosting. Domain costs are $24.00 per year.
While NRCCA is a not-for-profit service, we may charge certain fees to recover the costs associated with maintaining and operating the platform. These fees will only be applied to cover the necessary expenses incurred for:
- Hosting and maintaining the platform
- Technical support
- Marketing and community outreach
- Other operational costs necessary to keep NRCCA functioning
Any fees charged will be transparent, reasonable, and directly tied to the actual operating costs. These fees are not intended to generate profit for the organization but are necessary to provide a sustainable service to our members.

Listing Fees: A small fee may be charged when members post items for auction. This fee helps to cover the administrative and technical costs associated with posting and maintaining auction listings.
Fee Usage
All funds collected through these fees will be reinvested into NRCCA to support the platform’s ongoing operations and improvements. No funds will be distributed for personal gain, and NRCCA will operate solely to serve its community of members.
Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us. We will review any requests for refunds based on the circumstances of the situation, though we generally do not offer refunds on fees unless an error is made on our part.
5. Payment and Transactions
NRCCA does not process payments or collect funds. All financial transactions are between the winning bidder and the seller. Members are responsible for negotiating, handling payments, and fulfilling any transactions directly with each other.
6. Liability Disclaimer
NRCCA does not assume any liability for:
- The accuracy of item descriptions posted by members.
- Any disputes between buyers and sellers.
- Failure to complete a transaction or issues with payment.
By using the NRCCA platform, you acknowledge that NRCCA is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from transactions on the platform.
7. Conduct and Prohibited Actions
As a member of NRCCA, you agree to:
- Treat other members with respect and professionalism.
- Refrain from posting illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Not engage in fraudulent or misleading activities.
Any violations of these terms may result in removal from the NRCCA platform and suspension of membership.
8. Modification of Terms
NRCCA reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated to members, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of any modified terms.
9. Termination of Membership
NRCCA may suspend or terminate a member's access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, if it is determined that the member has violated the Terms of Service.
10. Governing Law
